1.  Q:Does your products work in my country?

A:Worldwide voltage (85V-265V) is standard on all our products. Customers in the UK will receive a UK power cord. Customers in Europe will receive an EU power cord. Customers in Australia will receive an AU power cord. If you are still confused about power compatibility in your specific country, please contact us.



2.  Q: Why the actual power consumption is less than the power in the list?

A:As is known to all that although 3W chip can reach the electric current limit as high as 700mA, but authoritative test proved that optimum luminous efficiency is available when electric current reaches 550 ~ 600mA, thus 700mA not only wastes more power energy, but also do not generate more lights; We use power supply (PF=0.98) of high efficiency, it consumes much less power, thus the actual power consumption of our LED aquarium light is much lower, however, it won’t put any side-effect on the luminous efficiency and high brightness but it saves big buck on electricity charge.

3.  Q: Does this light emit much light?

    LEDs are the most efficient lights nowadays; they produce so little heat. Any heat produced by the unit is absorbed by the heat sink and dissipated by the fans in the rear of the light.
    Unlike some traditional LED high bay lights with poor design of heat sinking, the maximum heat generated by our LED high bay light is less than 40 degree, much less than normal traditional LED high bay light.

4. Q: Payment terms

A:  1.  TT online banking payment / Western Union service is our official payment method;

5. Q:Shipment

A:1. We cooperate with international famous forwarder DHL, Fedex and EMS to provide quality shipping services, you are responsible to provide us correct and valid address to receive parcel safely, no matter if you accept service from our cooperated forwarders; please be alert that there is a possible extended Area Surcharge for some remote areas before you proceed your purchase.

2. All the products will be declared as “LED high bay light” or Gift to save duty for you, should you have other requirements or ideas on that, please send us comments after your payment;

3. Your ordered item/s will be delivered within 48 hours after confirmation of your payment during working days from Monday to Friday , there is no delivery service at holiday times such as Saturday, Sunday and other official holidays;



6. Q:Tax, Customs & Duties

A:In order to receive your order tax free or lower duty .we will declared it as low as possible .The declared value does not affect the product actual price or marketing value ,only show to your customs to save duty for you .

1.  Import duties, tax or VAT or other hidden charge are not included in the prices, these charges are buyer’s responsibilities;(Big goods we free package tariffs)

2.  Please check with your local customs or local tax authorities about the detail duty fee before any purchase;.

3.  You may need to pay import duties or tax for some certain products or you may give us some suggestions to avoid these charges or fees, we will do our best to help you;

4.  We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax, these charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost, these charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charge, some countries may not be shipped for free, please email us with queries before buying.

7. Q:Warranty

A:1.  We provide 2-year warranty for the item we sell;

2.  If you receive defective item(s) after opening package, please kindly inform us within 24hours. We will guide you to claim Fedex/DHL and returning instruction for replacement.

3.  For any problem from quality during the warranty period, please send us a picture/video and our engineers will analyze what happened, if necessary, we will send spare parts for free, but please note all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility .

4.  When warranty gets expired, customer still can get our thoughtful after-sales services, such as free repairing, testing, packing, if customer sends back damaged parts to us, but such costs as new replacement of parts and accessories, delivery costs, possible customs charges(tariff or any other possible fee), etc will be under buyer’s account.
